Founded in 2013 following a motorcycle accident involving Cofounder and CEO Alfred Boyadgis, Forcite aims to provide a safer, more dynamic riding experience with the Forcite MK1S tech-enabled motorcycle helmet.
After a decade of successful product sales and development, Forcite Helmet Systems was acquired by GoPro, Inc. in early 2024.
GoPro plans to leverage its global market presence – particularly in motorsports – and technical capabilities, in combination with Forcite’s expertise in tech-enabled helmets to bring enhanced performance and safety to various types of helmets, starting with motorcycle helmets. GoPro also intends to partner with leading helmet brands as an OEM supplier to help them tech-enable their own premium helmet lines.
GoPro’s involvement in the Australian Motorsport Innovation Precinct at Sydney Motorsport Park provides an exciting location to test new technologies.

AGI Sport is a high-performance Formula Four race team that works in collaboration with Motorsport Australia, Universities, TAFE, schools and industry.
In conjunction with the ARDC, AGI Sport will also use AMIP as an international base for open wheeler race academy activations, F1 Academy driver scouting, elite driver coaching and motorsport education & training.
With the advantages and assets of years of experience in the very highest levels of international motor sport, AGI SPORT’s aim is to collaborate with young drivers to nurture & support their talent in the next step on the pathway to a professional motorsport career.

Closed Loop came on as Sydney Motorsport Park’s official Cleaning and Waste Management/Environmental Sustainability Services partner in early 2022, with the aim of reducing our waste and footprint and increasing our recycling and upcycling, renewable practices, and creating our circular economy.
Working in partnership is essential to reducing and diverting waste from landfill and upcycling it into products that can be reused. By working together with Closed Loop, we can educate stakeholders and customers about sustainability and deliver a venue of best practice in sustainability for Western Sydney. Closed Loop has already begun a program with the Alpha Hotel next door to SMSP, to take on their organic recycling from their business and restaurant.
With this partnership, we will not only reduce our environmental impact and make a positive difference in the community with recycling, but also upcycling waste into products that can be reused helps to extend the life of those products and reduces the need for new resources. In addition, it helps to create jobs and support the local economy.
